Governance and Accountability

The Stow-on-the-Wold Community Land Trust is a charitable Community Benefit Society run by volunteers from the local community. The Trust is governed by a Board of Directors who oversee its activities, finances and strategic direction.

We are committed to operating in an open and transparent manner. Members, and the general public, are invited to Annual General Meetings and public board meetings, where they can hear updates on our progress and contribute to discussions about the future of affordable housing in Stow.

As a Community Benefit Society, our assets are protected for community benefit and our activities are guided by the principle of providing truly affordable housing for local people.
